Pools and Sunshine go hand in hand!
Certified Pool Operator working in both Williamson and Travis County.
My mission is to offer a reliable and friendly pool cleaning service for those with high standards.
Residential Services
Weekly Service
$235 a month
My Service is basically $58.75 per visit. There are no surprise costs that will have you paying more at any time outside of the basic chemicals needed to keep pool water balanced plus algaecide, calcium hypochlorite (used to remove stains) and DE powder for DE filters.
Specialty chemicals and treatments are extra if you choose to move forward with any of them at your choice in a recommendation or as you elect as necessary for better results. I don’t charge biannual fees nor do I make you sign a contract. You get the same fixed rate all year long! Your bill includes weekly service, filter cleanings and all previously mentioned chemicals.
However, I do have my clients carry their own chlorine tablets which keeps costs down. No other pool company in Central Texas provides this level of excellence and services while saving you money.
*Disclaimer*
Although chlorine tablets are provided by clients, I do sanitize your pool with a powerful concentrated liquid form of chlorine. It is used as a shock treatment and is added when needed to keep your swimming pool safe and sparkling.
*HIGH CYANURIC ACID CLAUSE*
If high cyanuric acid becomes a problem in your pool the only option would be to drain your pool water and fill it back up with fresh water. This happens to all pools at sometime in their lifespans and occurs on average every 3 to 5 years. If changing water is something you choose to not do many chemicals, especially chlorine, will be ineffective and can cause problems ranging from cloudy water to algae growth. Even with chlorine and other chemicals in the water it could become less than ideal for your pool. Therefore I am not responsible for any problems that could occur in the event that high cyanuric acid buildup becomes an issue if you choose to not drain your pool and add new water.
The following steps are how I will service your pool weekly
Check equipment for proper operation
Check filter pressure
Remove leaves and debris from baskets
Use leaf skimmer to remove any debris that has fallen into the pool
Vacuum the pool as needed to remove debris from the bottom of the pool
Test the water and adjust for PH and total alkalinity
Test the chlorine levels in the pool and adjust as needed
Inspect the pool water and look for any algae growth
Brush the steps, tiles and walls
Empty automatic pool sweep
Backwash filter when needed
Shock the pool when needed
Adjust the time clocks as needed
Clean the filter according to it’s specific needs, with no up charge in price as it’s included in your flat monthly rate. (Unlike most other pool services which up charge $100-$150 for each filter cleaning)
All five basic chemicals used to keep pool water balanced (except chlorine tablets) plus algaecide, calcium hypochlorite and DE powder are included so your bill stays the same fixed price all year!
As of January 2022 due to the hurricane that took out one of the three major United States chlorine suppliers and the fire that broke out in May 2019 at a NJ chemical plant, chlorine prices have tripled which has forced me to no longer include chlorine tabs with my service. However I do shock treatments which is a liquid chlorine that is concentrated.
Instead of raising my prices to accommodate the increased cost, my service price will remain the same and clients will now have to purchase chlorine tablets. All other chemical are still included. You can purchase these chlorine tabs from Amazon (delivered to your door), The Home Depot, Lowe’s or Leslie’s Pool Supply.
In order to keep my pools sparkling I only offer weekly service and do not service above ground pools nor pools rented out or at Airbnb’s.
Chemicals used
